This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Gemsweb Digital does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated responses or functionality.

You agree not to use this demo for:

• Processing real classified or sensitive information
• Making actual medical, financial, or legal decisions
• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract the underlying models

The Nangula AI name, branding, and original code are the intellectual property of Gemsweb Digital, a division of Tuppaman Investment. The demo incorporates open-source software under their respective licenses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gemsweb Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this demonstration software.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Namibia.
